Leica DMi8 w/ CODEX

The Leica DMi8 w/ CODEX  is an inverted wide-field fluorescence microscope with filters sets for imaging DAPI/FITC/Cy3/Cy5/Cy7 or similar. 

This microscope is also attached to a Phenocycler (formerly CODEX; PhenoCycler System Akoya Biosciences) for automated multiplex imaging with DNA bar-coded antibodies.  

Note also that this is the only system at the KIR/IDRM that has a capability to image in the near-IR of dyes such as Cy7 or Alexa 750 .
