Eva Smpokou
Safety Officer and Laboratory Manager
“I became a Wellbeing Champion because I believe that good mental health and wellbeing help create a more positive and supportive environment – the kind of space where people feel empowered to thrive and be their best selves.”
Pal Parikh
DPhil Student, Department of Paediatrics
“I took on the role because wellbeing often gets pushed aside when things get busy. I wanted to help keep it part of the conversation in a more intentional way, and to create space for everyone to pause rather than just push through. That’s why I’m introducing regular sound meditation sessions to offer a moment to wind down, reflect, and reset.”
