Breakfast Bites

An informal, high-footfall opportunity to engage staff over breakfast in IDRM communal areas.

  • Typical timing: 90-minute morning slot (between 9:30–12:00)
  • Supplier provides: exhibition display, catering and promotional materials
  • IDRM provides: internal promotion and AV support
Mini Exhibition
Mini Exhibition

A high-visibility daytime exhibition table in the café and breakout spaces, enabling sustained engagement with staff and visitors.

  • Typical timing: morning to mid-afternoon (5 hours)
  • Supplier provides: exhibition display and promotional materials
  • IDRM provides: internal promotion and digital signage
Lunch & Learn
Lunch & Learn

A focused lunchtime presentation or workshop delivered in an IDRM seminar room.

  • Typical timing: two-hour lunchtime slot (11:00–14:00)
  • Supplier provides: lunch catering and promotional materials
  • IDRM provides: AV support and internal promotion
