I’m a programme manager in translational research at the University of Oxford. I moved into programme management in 2023 after several years as a postdoctoral researcher in the neuroscience field, and I now work across large, multi-partner initiatives where I focus on keeping complex research programmes coordinated, practical, and moving forward.
I currently support the Oxford Neuromuscular Centre (ONMC), established in 2019 with support from Muscular Dystrophy UK and the University of Oxford to advance experimental therapies and expand clinical trial capacity in neuromuscular disease. As part of this role, I work closely with the Specialised Translational Research Oxford Neuromuscular Group (STRONG), led by Prof Laurent Servais, supporting programme coordination and funding development.
In 2025, I took up the role of Project Coordinator for the MRC CoRE in Therapeutic Genomics, which aims to make genetic therapies routine by enabling patients with genetic disease to move from diagnosis to treatment within 100 days.
Across these roles, I work with researchers, clinicians, and external partners to keep projects on track, remove barriers, and ensure research progresses from idea to delivery.
