Emma is a Postdoctoral Scientist and Junior Research Fellow at Jesus College studying the role of autoimmunity in heart failure. Before joining the Riley and Holländer groups, Emma obtained her undergraduate degree in Medical Sciences from the University of Birmingham, and her PhD in Infection Immunology and Translational Medicine in the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics at the University of Oxford. During her DPhil project, Emma studied the neuroimmune mechanisms regulating body weight homeostasis.
