Studying the spatial aspect of thymus development in the context of information-rich single-cell datasets
I am a recent graduate from ETH Zurich in the field of Chemical & Bioengineering, currently conducting a DPhil project in the Department of Paediatrics (IDRM). In addition to the chemical, technical and engineering expertise acquired throughout the first, integrated bachelors/masters program, I have gained a lot of insights into molecular biology, biotechnology and immunology while (subsequently) being enrolled in ETH’s Biotechnology MSc. program in Basel. Now, I am aspiring to capture the great complexity of biological systems by making use of state of the art computational methods. I am particularly interested in studying the spatial aspect of thymus development in context of information-rich single cell datasets.
