Development of mRNA–lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for extrahepatic delivery
My research focuses on the development of mRNA–lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for extrahepatic delivery, with particular emphasis on targeting the brain and heart, which are widely considered difficult-to-reach organs. This work aims to establish effective delivery platforms that can ultimately be applied to gene therapy. Before, I earned my master’s and bachelor’s degrees at Imperial College London and Nankai University, respectively.
