Operations Team
I lead and coordinate key aspects of the Institute’s business development, industry engagement, sponsorship, and commercial activity, working closely with the Head of Operations, academic colleagues, and University teams.
My role focuses on connecting IDRM’s research expertise, facilities, and capabilities with commercial organisations and industry stakeholders, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, supplier, and sector partners. I support the identification, development, and progression of strategic partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and commercial initiatives, helping to ensure that opportunities are coordinated effectively and aligned with University processes.
I also act as a point of contact for external enquiries, oversee the commercial use of IDRM’s research facilities and event spaces, and lead supplier and sponsorship relationships for the Institute. Alongside this, I lead partnership-related marketing and communications, and manage systems, reporting, and opportunity pipelines to support engagement and performance.
