Operations Team
I support and coordinate industry engagement, partnership development, and commercial activity for the Institute of Developmental & Regenerative Medicine (IDRM), working closely with the Head of Operations. I manage and support the delivery of this activity across business development, sales, and marketing, helping to identify, develop, and progress opportunities that connect IDRM’s research expertise with commercial organisations and industry stakeholders.
I act as a point of contact for external enquiries and work collaboratively with the Institute's Head of Operations, academic colleagues and University teams to coordinate engagement activity and support opportunities as they move through internal processes. This includes supporting industry-sponsored research, partnerships, and commercial initiatives, as well as overseeing small research facility (SRF) hire.
I lead and manage all supplier-related relationships and activity for the Institute, including the development of sponsorship and supplier partnerships. In addition, I lead marketing and communications relating to partnerships and commercial activity and manage systems and reporting to track engagement, performance, and opportunity pipelines.
